Working for us
NHS Providers is a membership organisation for all NHS providers in England, unrivalled in the influence, voice and support we offer our members.
We help NHS foundation trusts and trusts to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care by enabling them to learn from each other, acting as their public voice and helping shape the system in which they operate.
We work across disciplines including policy and analysis, communications and media, support and training, and public affairs and influencing; we are highly regarded for our effectiveness and impact.
We are the ‘go to’ organisation for comment and debate on the issues facing public providers of NHS services, and we believe the work we do makes a real difference to our members, their staff, and patients.
We are a busy, high performing organisation of around 100 staff, based in central London. We’re proud of the culture we have developed, and our values are at the centre of who we are, what we do, and how we behave.

DAwN provides a forum to support and celebrate our disabled and neurodiverse colleagues. It offers a place for all staff to discuss disability and neurodiversity topics, give and receive support, enable education for staff and develop good practice across the organisation.
Mental health and wellbeing group
This group supports staff by providing a safe space to discuss matters on mental health and wellbeing. It advocates for mental health awareness, offers peer support, and drives forward initiatives to help create an inclusive, mindful and wellbeing-focused organisation.
Proud Providers
The Proud Providers network provides a safe space for staff to discuss and celebrate all things LGBTQ+. It includes community members and allies who meet regularly to promote LGBTQ+ rights and visibility within the organisation.
Race Equality and Cultural Inclusion Group (RECI)
RECI offers a safe, confidential space for staff to discuss racial equality and cultural inclusion issues and experiences. It acts as a critical friend and collective staff voice on organisational issues related to race equality and cultural inclusion.
