Non-Executive Directors Network

26 November 2025

10:00 - 12:30

Online via Teams

Overview

Gain the latest insight

As reform is underway within the NHS with the implementation of the 10-year health plan, our latest network is a timely opportunity for you to connect with other NHS non-executive directors (NEDs) from across the country to share challenges and learning.

Why this matters

As the NHS navigates significant policy shifts, evolving expectations of leadership, and workforce pressures, it is critical for NEDs to pause and reflect on the strategic challenges facing their trusts.

Operating under Chatham House Rule, this member-only network will provide you an opportunity to:

  • Share ideas and exchange learning.
  • Hear presentations from national leaders on the latest developments in the sector.
  • Engage in interactive sessions to ask questions and share your thoughts.
  • Have open and honest discussions with peers in breakout sessions.

Good range of talks and interesting conversations from questions.
