Our Digital Boards development programme is designed to support boards in leading the digital transformation agenda. 

The programme aims to increase the confidence and capability of NHS trust boards and senior leaders to harness digital to transform and enable improvement, productivity and innovation. The programme offers free bespoke board and senior leadership development sessions for individual trusts, peer learning events, strategic one-to-one support and leadership resources. 

In addition, NHS Providers supports integrated care system (ICS) leaders better harness digital transformation to enable delivery of system ambitions through the Digital ICS programme.
