Race Equality peer learning event: a data driven approach to tackling workforce inequalities

This interactive online peer learning event included:

• A plenary session that facilitated an opportunity for NHS England subject matter experts to support trust leaders by improving awareness of, and engagement with, existing NHS equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) dashboards available on the Model Hospital.

• Good practice insights from peer organisations.

• A safe space for conversation, offering an opportunity to learn from others and explore current barriers and challenges within facilitated breakouts
